The diagnosis revealed an uncommon condition that causes abnormal growth of breast tissue. As a model, she hopes to increase awareness about the difficulties associated with rapidly enlarging breasts, such as the challenge of finding well-fitting clothing and unwelcome attention from men. Over eight months, Casi Mathew’s breasts grew from a J-cup to an M-cup, increasing by 14cm in width. The rapid growth has brought significant physical and mental discomfort, compounded by the judgmental attitudes of strangers toward her large chest. “It’s incredibly uncomfortable — they’re so heavy that I’m often in a lot of pain,” Casi expressed to BoobTalk Magazine.

The unwanted attention from strangers and the ensuing self-consciousness have contributed to her struggling with going out in public, ultimately taking a toll on her mental health. “I feel like I’m being judged for having such large breasts, and it’s hard not to take it personally. I tend to stay home to avoid stares and dirty looks. It’s taken a significant toll on my mental health,” she shared. Casi Mathew, who also creates content on OnlyFans, has the added burden of suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and is presently undergoing medical tests to explore the potential correlation between the two conditions. While hormonal changes, medications, and autoimmune diseases can cause gigantomastia, the exact cause of Casi’s condition is currently unknown.
Although there is a risk that her breasts may grow back to their present size following the procedure, Casi is optimistic about the relief it will bring. I would urge people to conduct their research before forming an opinion about my appearance. Having Gigantomastia is not comfortable, and it is not easy.
